The location here is wonderful, especially being close to grocery stores, and the room is beautifully decorated with a comfortable queen bed and all the essentials.

Customer service was good had an issue and the front desk was on it and found me a much more accommodating room with a tub.

Nothing was wrong with this facility

nothing. it was close to home and we neede to be out of our home for one night due to construction

there was fresh feces, I kid you not, smeared all over the inside walls of the elevator. I reported it to the front desk

The stay was nice, would recommend. That was modern hotel set in a shopping area, very close to the shops and public transportation. - Loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed. - There was healthy food available and the staff was polite.

Location was the only thing I liked about this property

No hair dryers in room. No in-room coffee, although there was a mini kitchen. A/C was ineffective and shower/bathtub didn't drain without intervention. Fine, it's an extended stay and I was only there for two nights...but some service would have been nice. And it's not like it was a low-rate deal, it was competitive with others in the area.

Wifi service experience is not as expected

The hotel was fairly clean. The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfy. The employees were outstandingly accommodating and absolutely courteous. It was a favorable location just next door to walking trails, parks, and food establishments. There were many eateries and entertainment options nearby. A great selection of food for breakfast.

Everything.....didn't get serviced and we all are disabled. The general manager esay told me to go somewhere else....(4 Stays later)

Good accommodations for the price. It's also a great location near the shopping center next door offering quite a number of restaurants and shopping and movie theater!

The property is beat up and the rooms appear to need a remodel. The countertop in my room was scarred and broken and the refrigerator made was quite noisy. At checkout I required a receipt but at 6:30am no one could be found at the front desk and after a 20 minute wait when the clerk showed up her computer wouldn't print.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with a shopping center close by, I loved the cozy room with a very comfortable bed.

Very noisy, smelled horrid in elevator and down hallway. The shower would not stop dripping and the room smelled like an old apartment. Ther was no room service because we did not stay 8 days or more. Ther was a kitchen but no utensil, cup, plates or glasses. What was the point of a kitchen without needed kitchen necessities? There was never anyone at the front desk. And the breakfast was a joke.

The Coffee and cheap Walmart granola bars they called breakfast.

Did not enjoy waking up to cockroaches every morning of my 2 week stay. If it wasn't for my job paying for the room I would not have stayed. The only elevator broke down for a few days Did not enjoy the contact high from the whole 3rd floor smelling of burning Marijuana They also told me my room would only be cleaned once a week, even with the roaches

The rooms were brand-new and reasonably large. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and unbeatable, close to outlets. Right by walking trails, parks, and food establishments. Easy highway access, shopping areas, and restaurants.

Gentlemen in the front desk was really nice

Stayed 5 nights and no housekeeping was in to pull out my trash not even ONCE!
